Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These terms govern the use of the Syok2Pay platform operated by Zenova (“we”, “us”, “our”), including syok2pay.com, the merchant portal, the hosted checkout, and our APIs (together, the “Services”). By registering a merchant account or integrating with the Services, you agree to these terms.

The Services

Syok2Pay provides payment acceptance for online businesses: a single integration for FPX online banking, e-wallets, and card payments, together with transaction reporting and settlement of collected funds to your registered bank account. Transaction rates and fees are published on our pricing page and confirmed during onboarding.

Merchant obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding, and keep it up to date.
  • Use the Services only for lawful goods and services sold by the business named on the account.
  • Keep API credentials and portal logins confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including Malaysian payment, consumer protection, AML/CFT, and data protection requirements.
  • Handle customer enquiries, fulfilment, and refunds for your own products promptly and fairly.

Prohibited use

The Services may not be used for illegal products or services, fraud, money laundering, or any category restricted by our payment partners (including, without limitation, unlicensed gambling, counterfeit goods, and deceptive schemes). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and may withhold settlement of funds connected to suspected fraud pending investigation.

Settlement

Successful transactions are aggregated and settled to your registered bank account according to the settlement schedule and fee structure agreed at onboarding. We may deduct applicable fees, chargebacks, and refunds from settlement amounts.

Service availability & liability

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they are provided on an “as is” basis and depend on third parties (banks, card networks, e-wallet providers). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time after outstanding settlements and obligations are completed. We may suspend or terminate the Services for breach of these terms, regulatory requirements, or risk concerns, and will settle remaining lawful funds owed to you after any required holding period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
